1. Independent Operation

Jersey Empire is an independent, real-world adventure game operated by Cardoso UK. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or associated with Hasbro, Inc., Parker Brothers, or any of their subsidiaries. "MONOPOLY" is a registered trademark of Hasbro, Inc.

2. Participation & Age Policy

Supervision: All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a supervising adult (18+) at all times during the event.
Team Responsibility: The registered team leader accepts full responsibility for the safety and conduct of their team members.
Physical Safety: This is a real-world game involving walking and public transport. Players participate at their own risk. Cardoso UK is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while playing.

3. Data Protection (GDPR)

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018.

Data Collection: We collect your name and email address solely for the purpose of account management and game administration.
Selfies & Media: By uploading photos to the platform, you grant us consent to display them within your private team gallery and the Banker Console for verification purposes. You retain ownership of your photos.
Data Deletion: All game data, including uploaded photos and location logs, is deleted or anonymized 30 days after the event conclusion.

4. Game Rules & Conduct

Teams must adhere to the Official Rules and local laws. Trespassing, dangerous behavior, or the use of private vehicles will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
